Laura started her business, Sunrise Colonics, in 1998 after receiving training from Dotolo International in Florida and clinical training from her mentor and former colon hydrotherapist, Carolyn Haynes. She is certified by and is a member of the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT).

Laura’s path to recovering her own health started in her early twenties. This journey included colon hydrotherapy and many other alternative healing modalities. After experiencing the profound benefits she received from colon hydrotherapy, cleansing, lifestyle and nutritional changes, she was inspired to become a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist.

Currently, Laura works with her own clientele. She also provides colon hydrotherapy support to local Naturopathic Doctors who are guiding their clients through cleansing, chelation therapy or other naturopathic treatments that require colon hydrotherapy detoxification support, at the Sunrise Colonics office.

Her current Medical Director and Advisor is Naturopath, Dr. Ananda Stiegler of Balance In Health.
